I caught the Elections Ontario ad this evening on CTV Toronto's news. What was with the identical to McGuinty's Ad empty white backdrop?

And what was with E.O.'s 8-square fold-out pamphlet. It turned into a colouring poster over one side with:
an urban ferris wheel,
a disposed BIG coffee cup,
a punched out looking building face, next to a slum terror building, next to a happy face building,
(the formerly demolished) 'four sisters' lakeside coal plant,
a big football shaped non-roofed stadium.

Plus itty-bitty typesize in only French and English. And what exactly is "Welcome to the new face of Elections Ontario"?
