Samsung playing N. America like a fiddle?
Here in the province of Ontario, Canada, we know directly of Samsung becoming a selected government enriched green power supply company. Apparently, per the NY Times, they are also deriving hundreds of taxpayer incentive millions* from the American state of Texas to build upon its electronics.
So, Texas gov't money is used to help compete (internationally) against Ontario's global tech corporations; Ontario gov't money is used to help compete (internationally) against Texas' formidable energy companies? That's slick.
Isn't that kind of competive hand-out money the purview of location teasing billionaire pro sports owners?
* We (Ontario) gave out more coinage. So, therefore we win? Yay, team.
